A Little Bit Wicked - Kristin Chenowith

I've always been a Chenifan. I saw Wicked on Broadway, unfortunately she was not in it, but I have the soundtrack with her on it, and just loooove it. I also am a big ...BIG... fan of Pushing Daises, that could be a whole blog in and of itself. She's also had tons of little roles on TV & Movies. So when this months book club was a 'biography' how could I resist picking it up? I could not. I read it in 3 days. So fun. True to her personality she was all over the place in the book, she's young, she's grown up, she's single, she'd dating the AMAZING Aaron Sorkin, she's famous, she's infamous... all on one page. But it was also fun to take the ride with her from a little girl singing in church, to sleeping in an apartment with 4 bunk beds and who ever got there first got a bed (all struggling actresses) to being a Tony winner. Talking about the shows that were written based on her life (2 of them). On her strong Christian beliefs in Hollywood and Broadway. Her amazing family, her incredible adoption story. It was just good fun. It was good to meet you Kristin.
