Leslies's Family Tree

On a recent trip to Manti we stoped in Santaquin for dinner. Not knowing the area or what the local grub was we just picked randomly from the Internet... yea, iphones! Our only stipulation was it had to be a local place no franchises!! and McD's was just blaspheme on vacation.

We decided on Leslie's Family Tree purely because it had a wicked cool name.

As you can see on the walls there are several framed photo's. What you can't see is they are all photo's of families.. Old, New, Modern, antique. there were TONS of them. It was a real homey country feel. We ordered the special, which was chicken fried steak. Y.U.M. it came with potatoes and gravy, and stuffing, and green beans. and.... a side of homemade scones.. score!
What we didn't realize is that the scones were the size of the Titanic! Good thing we were sharing, but they were oh so good. If you ever find yourself in Santaquin... check out Leslie's.
